Same with me, but I'm finding that the mission list disappears upon game load. I just discovered a new spacedock with a map room (stellar cartographry?) in a previously unexplored region and finally got a new mission list. I had to quit the game, but when I loaded the game, the mission list was cleared again. It looks like if we finally see a fresh mission list, we have to pick up the missions then-and-there before leaving the game. (I remember accepted missions stay in the journal until they are completed or failed--which can easily be done when accidentally switching ships during a pit stop.) I wish this game had manual save slots so I could just reload a slightly older save for glitches like this.
