When I hand one in, the game bugs out and starts closing out and bringing back the one I should have finished. I believe the game might be glitching out with the inventory.
One such waypoint is also pointing me to a blank location. Closing the game and reloading fixed this for one instance, but following instances keep taking me back to the point I last loaded up from.

Update: It seems the station absence is based on the previous quest closing out glitching and preventing distant areas from spawning in.
