Are you installing through Steam on your PC?

Just trying to get more details, since this is not an issue we have encountered yet.

Unfortunately this is not a Mekazoo related issue but I will attempt to help you fix the problem. Since STEAM is saying the platform is incorrect please post the operating system of both your PC and laptop. The STEAM client will always install the version of Mekazoo that is in compliance with the client. Mac client=Mac Mekazoo, Linux client=Linux Mekazoo.

I would say that if deleting the game directory and reinstalling doesn't work, you should try reinstalling steam on top of itself before reinstalling mekazoo to your PC. I'll be keeping my eye on this thread for your reply.

I also reinstalled steam and deleted everything completeley in the registry with a prorgamm called "ccleaner"

I've done a bunch of research (google) and the only instance of this happening was when someone installed a Mac only game to a windows PC. Since cleaning the steam install and reinstalling the game didn't work I'm honestly out of ideas considering I couldn't find another person with your exact issue. I recommend contacting steam support and reiterating to them what caused this problem as well as what steps you've tried taking to resolve the issue. I'm sorry that I can't be of more help, I really want you to play as well!!!

I also contacted the steam support,but it seems they dont have time to answer me till now. Hope they have an answer for me....
