Do you have to fight the dwarf captain?
The wizardy blokes said don't fight him head on, but I can't figure out if there's a way to avoid the fight. Any ideas?

Yes, you have to fight the dwarf captain.

You probably just didn't understand the wizards. They didn't say you don't fight him, just not *head on*. Perhaps there's some other way?

I think there's also an achievement for fighting him head on, too. It's bugged for me though.

Okay. I don't know what that means, so I just kill him normally.

Teleport behind him (nothing personal kid) or digg through the walls.
