Also sometimes Nexus has save games that you can load to test things can i side load those on the app or would this still have to be a manual copy into the save folder ?

Your friend’s other saves won’t be wiped. When you share a save and your friend activates it, only that specific save is copied to their save location.

As for reverting, we haven’t added that feature yet. Save history, Reverting, and Creating new saves from history are planned for future updates.

Regarding Nexus saves, for now you’ll need to copy them manually into the save folder. If there’s enough interest, we can look into adding support for selecting and importing saves directly through a file picker in the app.
