I'm guessing you get the "Error while receiving frame"? It's likely caused by an unsupported audio or video codec. There's a lot of common codecs we don't support due to uncertain licensing requirements. We still haven't figured out how to proceed with this, that's the main reason video support is still a beta feature. What operating system do you use? Do you know what video and audio codec your file is using? If you're on Windows and want it to work now, my suggestion is to convert the file to wmv which should work ( I know, not the best solution ) .

The errors are "The video could not be loaded" "Unknown error while loading video" back to back. I use Windows 10 and I have no idea about the codec of my video ;-; But the solution you offered is plenty useful, thank you very much! Even if I can't get my videos to work with the game, it's not a big issue really. The fact that you guys are still working on beta features makes me happy. :)

We have released a new update which includes a few fixes to the video importer. Mp4 video support should be improved. Please let us know if you try it out.

Oh hi! I tried loading up a couple of mp4 files as soon as I read your message and it seems to work flawlessly. One issue though, is when I was loading up the mp4 file and clicked the "preview" button, it zoomed in on the puzzle a bit too much. I was only able to see the top left corner of the video. But when I start playing the puzzle, it's perfect! I'll keep playing mp4 puzzles and update you guys if I encounter any oddities! Thank you so much for keeping me updated and for this great update! You made my day :)
