For returning and new players the amount of things thrown into your face makes the game rather overwhelming so i suggest reformatting it with a UI overhaul instead of everything being thrown at you on the screen have it put into a new menu with check boxes.

The check boxes allow the player to allow things to be shown so people can open them slowly over time.

Next is progression it feels like this games progression is all over the place now it might seem nice to have a means to get to the end game quickly but it will burn out a lot of people if just thrown at people. I think what needs to happen is a number squish remember too much of something can be very bad specially when it becomes rather cluttering on the screen.

The next issue that needs to be addressed is a damn overhaul to the website clearly parts of it are really out of date clearly you guys are trying to update things but it feels like your only updating part of things.

The main thing that will bring people back to this game is a major overhaul to the UI and progression though.

If i had a suggestion for progression i would say link levels to the region where entering a new region you go back to lv 1 think of it as region levels and the more you unlock in a region and higher level the deeper into a region you can go.

Then have a bonus for all characters for EXP in a region at least this will ensure future proofing new content as you wont have to focus so much on power creep when it comes to balancing.
