Unfortunately, they would have been deleted. There was some sort of migration / database merge some years ago, and players that hadn't logged in for a long period of time got purged. There was a lot of comms / e-mails about it.

But also, they re-hauled the class system and made some other major changes (like a redo/wipe of the adventure journal), so your character would have been broken / needed a reset anyway.

To see if they can restore your character/account. Sea server got merged with KR + JP servers, they become a super mega server called "W"

Its been months, I can see 3/5 characters in the lodge, but cant select them. Cant create a new character. I guess the game has been abandoned?
