My game crashes!
There are several things you can do:
- update all your drivers
- make sure you're launching the game directly from Steam library
- launch the game from Steam library first in offline, then in online mode
- verify game cache and/or reinstall the game
- close all other applications before launching the game (especially if you have a relatively low amount of RAM)
- right click on 60 Seconds! in Steam library and choose Properties. Go to General tab and click "Set Launch Options", then type "-force-d3d9" there. That should force the game to run in DirectX 9 mode.
- go to C:\Users\[YourUserName]\AppData\Local Low\Robot Gentleman Studios\60 Seconds\ and delete the file Settings.dat, then try relaunching the game

I have a multi monitor setup and the game runs on the wrong screen
If the game launches on the wrong monitor in full screen mode, press ALT + ENTER to bring it to a windowed mode and drag the window to the monitor of your choice. Then, press ALT + ENTER again to restore the full screen.

Does the game run on 32-bit systems?
It does... unless of course you got your copy from a fishy torrent, containing an old, pirated version of 60 Seconds!. In that case it won't. However, when running the 32-bit version, make sure you have enough free memory to run the game (it needs around 2 GB to run comfortably).

I'm experiencing freezes/significant lag during the 3D (scavenge) part of the game!
Try lowering the graphics quality in the game options and make sure all your drivers are up to date, as well as close all other applications before launching 60 Seconds!.

The cursor shows up a few centimeters from where I'm actually aiming!
If the cursor is offset, try changing the in game resolution.

My game starts with a pink screen
This is either a video card driver issue or an issue with integrated graphics chipset.

First, try updating your video card drivers.

If this doesn't help do the following:

Windows
In your Steam Library right-click on 60 Seconds! and choose Properties. Click on Set Launch Options, and paste -force-d3d9 into that field.

Mac OSX
In your Steam Library right-click on 60 Seconds! and choose Properties. Click on Set Launch Options, and paste -force-glcore into that field.

I have a problem with starting the game/game crashing on Mac OSX
Following the update from the 1st of April 2016, most Mac OSX crashes should be gone. If you are experiencing any new problems please report them to the bugs thread or contact us directly.

If you're experiencing any issues not mentioned here or the solutions are not working, feel free to post about it on the Support subforum or send us a direct message at support@robotgentleman.com, including the description of your issue and your computer specs (operating system version, CPU and GPU model and amount of RAM). Thank you.
