Co-op camera

Well hello! I'm looking forward to buying this game this week, but as I spoke to Fabian, seems to me that the camera is split-screen... Would it be too hard to implement a "change camera mode" option? Perhaps one similar to GTA San Andreas', that 'zooms out' whenever the two players get far from eachother and divides centering amongst both of them.

Well, that's my suggestion! I'll post a proper review as soon as I get my hands on the game! Cheers!

the game DOES have a feature where you use the mouse wheel to scroll outwards, giving more of a top down feel to it...

but there are mountains, castle walls & houses to go through, the 'One-camera-fits-all' camera may be hard to do.

The plan is this, when a player joins a game he will get three options. Shared screen, Split screen or Pet mode. Shared is a locked camera and the players can only walk a certain distance away from eachother. Pet mode will be something that is made for the very young, it only uses move input and one button.

The dynamic split screen (GTA San Andreas) is awesome, but just to much work for a two-man-team to be worth it.
