The game's biggest drawback

It's impossible to play with friends who have a lower level because they don't deal damage and die with one bullet.

Indeed. Best to create alternate profile character to play with lower-level friends. Once you both reach level 30 together, you can just return to your main profile character to play together.

I always make sure to join their server, and I run with a sidearm only for fun. The enemy level will be higher, but not as high as it is if they join my (Tier 5) world.
