Wand talents: more stuff to keep everyone busy before summer
All of these go in the center of the grid (generic talents outside of any class)

Steady Aim (2 ranks maximum, 2 talent points per rank): +2 recoil reduction on both hands per rank. Gain an additional +2 recoil reduction when wielding a wand with a melee weapon and a further +4 if wielding the wand with a shield or empty off-hand.

Scepter-Wand (2 talent points, requires Steady Aim rank 2): When wielding a wand with a shield or empty off-hand, receive the following bonuses: +40% wand damage, +20% wand fire rate. If the off-hand is empty, wand recharge times are also halved.


Wood and Steel (2 talent points): Landing a melee attack increases your wand damage by 20% for a few seconds. Doing damage with a wand increases your melee damage by 20% for a few seconds.


Lightning Bolt-Action (2 talent points): Ignore 60% of the fire rate delay when reloading from empty. (This means that wands with slow fire rate and extremely low amounts of ammo benefit greatly)



Mobile Accuracy (2 talent points): Accuracy penalty for using a wand while moving is halved, up to a maximum of 90% accuracy.

Improved Mobile Accuracy (2 talent points, requires Mobile Accuracy): Eliminates accuracy penalties for movement, up to a maximum of 90%. Accuracy and recoil recovery penalties for fatigue (missing stamina) are halved.

Combat Charge (1 talent point, requires Improved Mobile Accuracy): Eliminates accuracy and recoil recovery penalties for fatigue. You can handle a wand while fully exhausted just as well as you could while relaxing at a tavern.


Wand Overload (4 talent points): Toggle on or off. While active, increase all wand damage by 33% and double ammo consumption.

Rapid Shot (2 talent points): Toggle on or off. While active, increases wand fire rate by a quarter and decreases accuracy 30%.

Greater Rapid Shot (2 talent points, requires Rapid Shot): Accuracy penalty decreases to 20%; gain +2 recoil reduction while active


Elemental Infusion (4 talent points): Wands with an element socketed into them have a chance equal to their elemental damage percentage to cause additional effects based on socketed element:
>> Bleeding: Rend debuff damage over time. Good balance of DPS and overall damage.
>> Shadow: Absorb health as 8% of overall damage on the wand (physical + shadow damage)
>> Light: 30% of overall damage is also applied to nearby foes.
>> Poison: Skitter poison debuff (non-persistent). Does the most damage of the DPS procs but has the lowest DPS.
>> Frost: Slowing effect
>> Fire: Burning damage over time. Highest DPS of the procs and lowest overall damage.
> >Lightning: 30% of overall damage is also depleted from mana.
