And he never help the other on survivor team, sometimes speed run the map solo and lets the others to die, and close the door to block him teammate way.

So, we try to vote kick him, but the vote have an BUG, not work.

That's not a good excuse to report him this way, just talk to him or whatever.

That might no be a bug, that could be a server thing. Facewan servers are not owned by the game developers, so they probably disabled or changed the kick function in some way.
You also need a lot of positive votes to kick a player, that was changed in an old game patch to prevent votekick abuse.

Mamm0th5 leaves the server before the vote passes, but he can join immediately. but he can join in back instantly, then again and again.
