Sadly there's nothing that can be done, if all of the other players voted, the votekick passes and you get kicked. Do bear in mind that if you're actually cheating (not an accusation, just so you have this in mind) you can get VAC banned, as most servers are VAC secure because of the engine the game uses. To avoid getting kicked you can maybe try to play less agressively (less "tryhardy" so to speak) but that's the only thing that can be done. If the votekick system gets changed, it might be impossible to kick people that should be kicked in the future.

Man why would i cheat with my amount of games im not an idiot. And i love playing agressive especially in brainbread 2 it has a so low player base that they all know me and kick me everytime.

Read again, it's not an accusation, I said it just in case. And again, there's no way of fixing what you encounter as it's a problem with the people that play, not the game. If they start a vote and a majority votes yes, then yes it is, that's how democracy works.
