How do you know that? What makes you say so affirmatively that they refuse to acknowledge it?
The +5Ind +5 Dst near river upgrade doesn't work.
Tested this by building Corkscrew Drill in two different cities with strategic extractors. Did a buyout on both to rush construction, after two additional turns neither mine increased production. If it were meant to only apply to the city and not territories it should specify that to avoid confusion. As it stands it doesn't appear to be working in either scenario.
i mean this is a problem that can be fixed in less than a day, and there is much more problems around...but this snail speed is just kills any desire to help and only build up desire to mock them
