If you need proof you can watch the VODs on my twitch channel.
You do have to disable all the easy victory conditions in advance and only leave only the options you want to try for.
I just finished my domination victory with 8 players on huge map on endless difficulty.
Win on turn 263 by Domination although my science victory was my backup and was on track to be completed by turn 279 (in case domination doesnt work out for some reason).
For the record I also kept every single city I captured... so I ended the game with 37 cities out of a max of 6. So my approval rating was -957% Mutinous in every city :D
