Hello,
I'm not really sure if i'm facing a bug or if i'm too dumb to understand but here is my issue :


In the sheredyn science tree i've unlock both research that provides the following improvements, "Garisson" and "legion vault" (my game is in french but I think that's their name)
I built in my main town "Legion Vault" first and noticied it did not provide the + 200 fortification (I needed the 200 to unlock a new sheredyn "perk" so I doubled check, loaded previous turns still no +200 fortification upon improvement completion).

Few turns later, I built the Garisson improvement, same result, I did not get the 500 Fortification i was supposed to get.


It feels like I wasted a lot of turns and I'm down 700 fortification.


Any idea where to go from here ? Anyone else faced these ?
Open to provide additional info
