Like the unit evolution that grants +1 movement speed for your entire army, or +20 meat per battle?

Yes you can. With 6 flying units you end up with 15 movement.

is this referencing the passive called "fleet winds"? i found one on an accessory that is +1 movement to self and all flying units... but it only gives the +1 to self despite necrodrones are fliers
