The dropdown doesn't have any items in it.
How do I get access to the rollback?
If something as basic as rollback is not even going to work I think that I'm better off leaving the game for a year or two and waiting until they get at least the basics in order; I don't want to be posting about issues every couple of minutes.
Obviously the game has problems (otherwise nobody would have things to complain about). Nobody needs people who think they know what you need better than you know yourself!
I know I would rather have the rollback and deal with whatever issues it may cause than not have the rollback and deal with the issues I'm currently dealing with.
What I find most unacceptable is that as developers I expect them to monitor the feedback and when it is clear that somebody that has paid for your game says they want something that is as common a feature as rollback then you GIVE THEM ROLLBACK no matter what issues you believe it may cause because they can always go back to the latest update anyway!
The reason you gave doesn't excuse providing rollback and I can't think of a single good reason not to provide it, however if they have a good reason they should at least let people know.
To me to know that players are asking for it and to not provide it or at least acknowledge that people are asking for it is just treating your customer with absolute contempt!
How can it be a bad thing to give a player a choice?
