There is no reason to actively hinder the use of a controller. Why? I can work with games which don't have controller support because I can use Steam Input to just emulate Mouse and Keyboard.

But this game actively prevents doing that. It auto detects I am using a controller and switches the controls from Mouse and Keyboard to controller - except this game does not have actual functioning controller controls. So I can't use Steam Input to emulate Mouse and Keyboard and I can't use the controller because there is no controller support and I can't deactivate that the game auto switches into controller controls. Which is why the game is rendered completely unplayable when using a controller.

I really don't understand why they would do that? Just let me use a controller if I want to?
