SPOILERS FOR MISSION 9

I've had a good search, and can't seem to find anyone else having this same issue. During M9: Checking Out the Men in Charge, the step where the player uses Jim Miller's card to pose as him to access the NSN servers. The cutscene runs fine, when it loads the avatar and zooms round to enter Miller's head...

The game hangs at a black screen. Game music still playing. No response from mouse or keyboard. I have to Alt-Tab and end process.

I've tried lowering my settings and restarting several times. All drivers are up to date. It's very consistently right at that moment, which suggests it's the game and not anything hardware related.

Any thoughts welcome. I'm about 20 hours into the game, and can't progress any further.

Edit: I've tried to Verify Files multiple times, all came back fine. I've also tried lowering settings to the absolute lowest they'll go. It was like playing Deus Ex 1. Still no luck. I'll either have to try an older save, or restart the game.
