XBOX ONE CONTROLLER
I've recently got this problem, the game don't recognize mi controller, it's the only game with this problem HELP!!!!

Just happened to me after playing it on this device and this controller for YEARS. I haven't seen an update for Dark Souls 2 in a long time - could it be a recent Windows update? Please help

Tried disabling Xbox support in Steam > Controller > General Controller Settings ?

Solution 2 fixed the issue on my side, and I use an Xbox One controller

Good suggestions, I remember the device manager problem from the first release. Neither worked for me - BUT I did use big picture before this started happening.
