Hello I have a issue with my game, where if I start after the intro it takes a while to process but after launching into adventure mode when I am suppose to press tab and customize my avatar a lot of the models do not appear and after I'm done my avatar is at the same location but the customize screen is gone. I've been trying to fix this but cant get it right I rechecked all the files yet nothing works, I don't want to refund since this was a game I wanted for a extremely long time. Please help.
