The time limit restarts every time you start a new game, so you can play the demo itself as long as you want, just not the same settlement. Which is stilly a bit sucky since everything feels rushed, but definitely better than just 1 hour.

Yeah, some way that will get my account banned if i start using.. That's why you are on a burner account with no games and just 3 friends.

OR they could just get rid of the 1-Hour cap completely. Since we can't progress much further anyway... And from what i can tell there is no way to get to another continent or even upgrade all your workers for a second time atm.

It's not the whole game and the version we are playing is definitely not finished. There are lots of spelling mistakes, weird errors, glitched occurences like infinite debt payments and no way to progress past the 2nd tier or travel from Latium to Albion or reverse. Atleast none of my playthroughs were able to achieve that despite having ALL resources at T2

so you want a demo with bugged content? thats the gamescom demo, that was 30min, they expand it to 60min, after that they didnt testet it. be happy there is a demo and stop crying.

Open Anno117.exe in a hex editor. Remove the timer, how to's are in the Net. Problem solved. Enjoy the game.

I have never played an anno game was interested but not if I have to download all that for a demo.

Download alone is 48GB I think.

Dying light the beast is 58GB, this is a demo with a 1h timer. That is not an excuse.

The demo is the most of the full game, just with most of the content locked out.
