32Gb DDR4@2400 (Corsair Vengeance)
GTX 1080 FE

Performance:
Unable to max it out on Ultra, becomes a powerpoint presentation.
High with SSAO and AA off: barely acceptable FPS;
-NPCS are slow;
-traffic is slow;
-traffic-lights are slow;
-bus is sluggish;
-no sensation of speed;
-no sensation of driving a heavy vehicle;
-ticket printing is a hellish activity;

Conclusion: Performance branch build has not achieved anything.

General:
-More NPC-models
-Is the city located in IS controlled territory or is the police just siren-horney?
-There are more ways to pay than with a €5 bill for everything or a €10 bill for a senior ticket.
