- Let us transform some on our spare tech into scrap during a run.
- Allow to consume some tech for an additional reroll
- Very pricey clone skin (or weapon skin) that you can sink tech into.
In any case, it would make it more fun to have a way to consume tech past the meta progression upgrades.

-Re roll's, but they double every time or something so its still SOME RNG to it.
-Skin shop using tech only for body and guns (NO PREMIUM CURRENCY PLEASE)
-Purchase preset runs. We all have died at the same room, on the same run, 30+ times, so say, for 2000 tech you can purchase a "package" with your choice of preset items and say... start on round 5. This is controversial to some extent but just throwing out ideas!
-Difficulty modifiers, spend tech to buy a "run modifier" example: No fabricators, No sidearms, add 5 extra rooms, increase enemy health / damage, just something to fool around with when all the normal runs are stale to you
-meta upgrades, 1000 tech= 0.1% increase in damage on your favourite weapon
-meta upgrades, 2000 tech= 0.1% in health, damage, crit chance.
I'm mostly against those last two... as the game requires skill in enemy patterns, dashing at the right times, learning the game as a whole and finding the perfect combo for the desired run, but nightmare... getting one hit. not gonna lie, getting frustrating, i've almost got all the nightmares complete though. Not giving up, i love this game so much and i hope they do something interesting with the tech!
But at the very least tech should be converted into scrap. It only makes sense if we can’t use it for anything else atm
i completed everything on nightmare and now i don't feel like playing anymore as there's nothing to play for.
deadzone devs have already mixed things from other games in it, they should look at killing floor series and make perks, customization ..etc, so you can use your points and it should take a while to grind everything, i'm talking like 1000 hours minimum.
lot of people complain about grind, but when there's no grind, then we start getting topics like this.
people just don't know what they want, they want everything instantly .. just to find out that they'll get bored of it very fast .. then they start complaining there's lack of content.
that's why GRIND-FACTOR is very important in any game, it gives players something to play for.
grind-factor just has to be balanced, that you don't have to grind 100+ hours for basic stuff, but would give you 1000+ hours to unlocked/grind everything.
for example make it so that after each run you can unlock something new, even if it's something as small as a weapon charm or skin.
at least this is what i'm looking for in games.
