I am experiencing a persistent "SDK Initialization Error" that is preventing me from launching the game. I believe this error was triggered by a specific in-game action.

### 1. System Context
I recently performed a clean re-install of my Windows OS. Because of this, the error is highly unlikely to be related to a corrupted local system file, conflicting drivers, or a registry issue.

### 2. Steps to Reproduce the Triggering Event
The initial issue occurred in this sequence:

1. I successfully launched the game and played through the entire Prologue chapter.
2. I replayed the prologue and entered the Story Flowchart screen to navigate the other chapters of the story.
3. When attempting to browse through the different chapters, the game displayed a 'game loading' message constantly. After it's done loading, I tried to scroll through the chapters a little bit, and the message reappeared.
4. I closed the game and attempted to relaunch.

### 3. The Fatal Error
Upon relaunching the game, I now receive a fatal error pop-up on the loading screen:

> SDK 初始化失败 (SDK Initialization Failed)
> 初始化参数有误，请联系研发 (Initialization parameters are incorrect, please contact R&D)

### 4. Troubleshooting Steps Taken (Did Not Work)
* Verifying the integrity of the game files via Steam.
* Deleting the game's local configuration folder in `%APPDATA%/LocalLow` to force a clean startup (and restoring save files safely).

The fact that the error persists even after deleting the config files suggests the fault is either in the installation package itself (installing a faulty SDK runtime) or an issue with the server-side parameters the game is fetching on startup.

Please advise on what internal SDK file or parameter I need to manually check, as I would like to avoid a full game re-download in the future (I'm currently reinstalling the game now because I have no idea what else I'm supposed to do). Thank you!

Update:
Reinstalling the game does temporarily solve the issue, but I'm just crossing my fingers it won't happen again in the future.

Update 2:
I would like to take the chance to report that there's a UI issue as well. When I gain a 'Character' stat, the 'Character Stat' notification would pop up on the top left corner, yet it wouldn't go away, remaining stuck on the screen.

Update 3:
The same problem has occurred once more when I exited the game and rebooted it.
