Sorry for delayed response, it has been a long 2 months.No i do not believe it is the audio driver either. Its like the Tornado is sucking all the CPUs speed which is causing everything else to lag, but i have never had this problem with heavier load requirments then this game.

You're right as the 8350 is more than capable even for this game. Its 8 core older AMD so it should be 8 thread too. The game doesn't require that many threads to run fine and I don't see why it would bottleneck anything here.

So the cpu should be ruled out, but if you put the game into windowed mode and have Windows task manager open to the side with the cpu performance you can know for sure if the cpu is hitting 100%, but again it shouldn't be. Its much better than even the recommended cpu for the game.

And even though UE4 has in the past had some problems with AMD chips, I don't think just because its an FX cpu that it would be a problem today.

You might be able to try some stuff or narrow it down such as trying a different max channel in Solus DefaultEngine.ini config file[/script/engine.audiosettings]
+QualityLevels=(DisplayName="Default",MaxChannels=32)

but its difficult to say where exactly the problem is coming from.

Well this is more of a lead in; hopefully, the right direction then i had before. and at the least its something i can try or rule out. so thank you for taking the time to comment. Ill research a bit more and check out the maxchannel, I'll repost if i find anything either way. Thank you Again
