After turning on the power and following the green orb into a cave, i came to a door that i couldn't figure out how to open (later out I figured out it was the books). Long story short, I managed to get the teleporter disk last inbetween the doors which enabled me to get to the other side of the door. This did not trigger the orb to move on or the doors to open. I captured a few screeners.
