I can't start the game. If i start the exe directly it opens the UE prerequisites installation. After this i get an 0xc0000022 error. I i do it again the UE prerequisites installer starts again but this time it will uninstall and then i get the same error.

I have updated graphic driver, antivirus on/off, firewall on/off, vc redist installed in all combinations but nothing works.
