Achievements don't work for me anymore..?
I've played this game 3 years ago and got some achievements. Now, I'm playing it again and I'm trying to get the remaining ones.
I just tried to get the "Odin's son" achievement and got hit by lightning 3 times during a storm, but nothing happened. Also, I tried the "Alien Cousine Conniseur" achievement by eating alien food 10 times in a row but it didn't work neither.. is there anyone else having problems with the achievements? :bulbno:

Try those green shaped disks. Do not consume anything in between. The best way to do this is by standing next to the water source, so you could drink water after consuming the food. However, if the achievement doesn´t pop up after consuming 10 green disks shaped food in a row, then they are probably bugged, unfortunatelly.

To obtain the Odin´s son achevement you must have the long day/night circle option disabled.

Regarding the Alien Cousine Conniseur achievement - what kind of alien food did you eat? The achievement won't work if you drink water or consume anything in between. You need to consume only 10 green disk shaped alien food in a row and nothing else.

Alright, thank you guys. I've checked the settings and the long day/night circle was disabled all the time.. hmm. Also, I tried the "This swimming pool is awful" achievement by jumping into acid water, but nothing happend as well. I'm sure they're bugged.
But I must say that I've only eaten the soup-like alien food in the bowl.. damn it. :lunar2019crylaughingpig:

Thanks man, it all worked for me. Except the swimming pool achievement, because I almost finished the game and the acid water at the Highpoint's Cave is gone. I'll try it again later with a new game, but good to know that my achievements are not bugged.

Glad it worked. The acid one will work too, you just need to find the precise place of where to achieve it. Let me know if it worked for you. If it didn´t, I know another place where it might work.
