Currently I'm experiencing troubles with creating multiplyer lobbies and joining other lobbies.

All mods disabled, VPN were on/off, same with zapret (DPI bypass for Russia),

Finding lobbies: finding lobbies takes about 15-20 seconds, and attempt to join lobbies don't end well.

Creating lobbies: console is filled with errors "STEAM Failed to create lobby." Another indicator of lobby nt working is that steam invite link has 0 in the middle.

Currently this issue has been spotted in Russia, France and Germany,

Temporary fix, I assume, is running programs like Hamachi or Radmin to emulate local network and bypass Steam issues.

I will update this discussion whenever it will be fixed or it will be clear what to do to avoid it.
