Is this achievement supposed to unlock after Judith gives them to you before you leave, no matter what choice you made during her conversation? Is there a Lucidity requirement for this? I haven't been able to unlock it.

I need help

I was skipping through the dialogue for Andi after I didn't let Oliver go and when the scare part happened (Andi's face becomes a sunflower, colors become monochrome), I got stuck. I couldn't progress any further because I was stuck in skip mode but the game wouldn't let me get out of skip mode no matter what I pressed. I ended up just closing and reopening the game but I don't think that was meant to happen. Potential bug?...
