POST THE MODLIST. Then we can see if any of those mods is known to cause a specific error.
Another good idea is enable devmode, this should cause a debug log to popup when an error happens and we can hopefully figure out what the problem is from that message.
Open ModsConfig.xml with a notepad and copy and paste the mod list here
Error logs help as well
I couldn't find anyone reporting a random sudden FPS drop, so it might be specific. The common problem is low FPS from the beginning, or gradual decreasing of performance with progress, but not sudden instant FPS drop.
Your issue is not unique. Lots of people experience slow downs during play. Any time a raid or large caravan group comes in I get a brief slowdown, probably as the game generates new pawns due to all the mods I have that change pawn generation (race mods and such). Without knowing what your mod list looks like we can't really even start to speculate why you are having this issue.
My bet is that with 400+ mods installed that a few of them are having compatibility issues, but that isn't exactly a huge revelation in this case. Next time it happens do as suggested there and get the error logs and paste them here for someone to look over.
Anyway, I found the culprit, it was Kolra's Coolant Beads https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1973750604 , after I destroyed them with god mod lag completely disappeared
