weird white flash graphics glitch

So I downloaded this game yesterday and started playing. Everything was running fine in the tutorial but once i got to white orchard these weird white flashes started happening they were mostly happening when in conversations or when looking large pieces of landscape. It can happen from every couple of seconds to every couple of minutes. I'm new to PC gaming so i really don't know how to fix this issue and I'm looking for help.
I'm using the Acer helios 300 laptop 2019.
Gpu:gtx1660ti
The current driver i have installed is geforce game ready driver 425.45

On a possibly related note roach occasionally will disappear when these flashes happen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit 1: So it seems it was a driver problem, i installed geforce 441.66 and eveything is working fine now

Sounds strange. Have you tried to turn V-sync off or on? I don't think it should matter but maybe.

Turning V-sync off seems to have gotten rid off the white flash problem, but now there are now small green dots appearing on the screen occasionally, but this is much more tolerable than the flash's. Thanks for helping.
