good to see that ppl try to revive the orignial game

but it concerns that he only posted once and nothing new since 6 months (hope he still working on it) and do big release for it

But yea people can work on their own zombie games with their prespctive instead of hoping from other (bad company) to release their (dream) game

Yeah I really do hope he is still making it. People like to talk a big game about nmrih2 being generic but the fact of the matter is that if there were other games just like nmrih then everyone would be playing it. The world has an unfortunate lack of games like nmrih1 and 2. The only ones that come close are TWD Survival Instinct and ZombiU but both of those games are far from popular, not to mention not multiplayer (at least not nmrih type multiplayer).

I think doomposting is very epic ,also big chance that remaster doesn't make it , and even if it did , there is a chance torn banner could do something like forcing him to cancel it since they own the IP

As long as it doesn't cost money it could technically be classified as a mod or passion project, If they copied nmrih mechanics and maps 1 to 1 that is.

Remaster = Probably Unreal engine
Remaster = RTX because somehow with more advanced engines and absolutely 0 optimization being put in when it should be the priority , y'all act like cavemen hillbillies who constantly need this in every game before anything else.
Remaster = Bunch of filters like vignette, bloom, saturation overlays, etc..
Remaster = Awkward movement system, but you can see your legs now if you look down
Remaster = ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ performance
Remaster = ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ animations and physics
Remaster = Old and NEW bugs
Remaster = Probably changing things you hate about the old game, then feature creeping like scum
