I think you are wrong since you cannot link 2 UberStrike accounts to 1 Steam account, If he's able to play on only one account then his second account is not linked to steam, anyways to unlink your uberstrike account from steam you need to click on options(Top left) and log out, that will help you to unlink your current account and change it with another one.
