But is this about the tempban you posted in the discussions earlier? Really, I've had that happen to me twice since UberStrike got on Steam. It's not a big deal. Just do something else while you wait for your ban to go away. Surely you have other games to play or outdoors activities. If it's not, sorry I can't understand your sudden urge to leave the game.
you could say the tempban earlier was the crux. It's happened quite a few times since returning from my holiday (end of May). It is mildly frustrating as I'm not really a fulltime gamer, just come on for a couple hours a day to unwind. The bans themselves were just a small aspect of a larger exasparation with Cmune. Since v4.3 It's as if the developers have lost all touch with what they were actually developing. I mean the feedback got so bad that you guys had to start authenticating all posts in the forum (which for the unaware created a false sense that our iritations were a minority). The game really went wrong when 1) You stopped rewarding players for their skill, but instead for time spent in game. 2) QS made this game unique and offered a sharp and rewarding learning curve. 3) Ditching Team Elimination, longer matches, 200 kill count and 2 maps that are so old i've forgetten their names, and 4) that refresh button on the server screen.
Anyway, you are right :-). I will go outside.. for a month, from tomorrow
