Well, I don't think a game like this should have achievements. It's not because it's not good enough but because of the genre. Also, the developers are busy working on the hacker situation and discovering new Steam tools to improve their game. I don't think they would've had time to put achievements (and trading cards). Put if they were to put achievements, they would be like: getting an Uberkill, winning a match, getting to level 80, nutshoting someone, killing someone with a sniper without using scope,...
