Basically seven archetypes, each with multiple variants:
Melee
Shotguns (varying from tight shot grouping to wide spread)
Machineguns
Cannon (Rocket launchers)
Launchers (various takes on grenade launcher including some rather unconventional ones)
Splatters (rapid-fire with small AE burst)
Sniper rifles

Should be more than enough variety to keep you interested for a while. :)

I guess there are enough videos on YouTube, but I never looked for it so I can't give you a specific link.
I'm far away having all weapons, but I could show you the ones I have through broadcasting. (I hope my laptop can handle it).

can't find any video, but I would like to see all the weapons, not just the most op/powerful/popular.

I don't have only the most op/powerful/popular. I have about the half (not counting special editions as they are the same). I can understand you want to see them all but my offer stays valid; if you are interested.

You should check out some videos on youtube, there is a huge amount of gameplays with different weapons.
I definitely recommend checking out aceVII (starmute on youtube) one of my clanmates who regularly posts gameplays with commentaries using different loadouts. You could have a nice overview of a good amount of weapons.

For sniper i recommend the Dragon Vanguisher, however a few or perhaps the majority prefer the AWP.

Still can't find a proper video demonstrating all the weapons and their effect, other than "best weapons" and only a few overrated weapons.

And you likely wont unless you make one.

Yeah there aren't any videos showing all the weapons being tried out.
You'll only find videos testing out specific loadouts.
