See this topic if you have ANY bug reports OR problems with the game.

Hello folks!
I have seen that many new players have been popping up and using this forums, also they have been having problems with the game and COULD NOT find a solution/ no one helped, because majoirty of the old playesr do NOT USE STEAM fourms to get in touch with the community. THEY USE {链接已删除}

So, in future if you have ANY problem please make a post here, if you DO NOT get your problem fixed or do not get an answer/solution in 1-2 days, then post at the game's OWN FORUMS , here is a link for support & bug reports category.

If you are a new user TRY to use your steam email and password to login to {链接已删除}forum.uberstrike.com, if you are an old user (before steam update) use the credentails of the account you had before steam.
Incase NEW USERS (WHO SIGNED UP AFTER UPDATE) fail to login, then PM me, i will reach out to the forums for you as soon as possible and help you resolve your issue.

If you SUCESSFULLY LOGIN to the official forrums, forum.uberstrike.corm, then go to support and bug reports anrd make a discusrsion explaining your issue

to make you report more clearer, use the following pattern

1- What is the bug? at what time did the bug occur?
2- Do you know how to reproduce the bug?
3- At what server you were in? what is your usual ping at that server, and what was your ping at THAT time (if you remember/optional)
4- How many times have you faced this bug before? (OPTIONAL).
5- Do you have any SCREENSHOTS or VIDEOS that can describe this bug?

Also, when you make a bug report on this forums, please use the SAME PATTERN, which is this,
1- What is the bug? at what time did the bug occur?
2- Do you know how to reproduce the bug?
3- At what server you were in? what is your usual ping at that server, and what was your ping at THAT time (if you remember/optional)
4- How many times have you faced this bug before? (OPTIONAL).
5- Do you have any SCREENSHOTS or VIDEOS that can describe this bug?

ALSO, in step 3, IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FIND YOUR PING, PRESS TAB IN GAME. you will see a header 'PING' and below it will be the ping of all players in the game. Find yours.

I just had a chat with a moderator, therefore if you cannot login to forums, then please submit a report at {链接已删除} , you do not need to login to make a report here. I have added a 6th point to the report. be sure to include it in your report

im going to update the report pattern format,

6 - What platform were you using, was it the Mac App or Windows app..
