Admins don't ban player just because of they're hacking, such as one of my friend, he got banned because of his lobby swears. Sometimes there's a bug too, which notified you that you're banned when you login, but actually you don't. I saw a page in Facebook which posts hackers of the game with proofs. Check if your names are there.
