That's half the problem, they need you to record it and send them a copy which costs you money. There should be a more simple way of them proving it on from there end as long as you note take server map and time... Large percentage of this games complaints is hackers and they seem to be losing the battle not winning it.

Most of these players are blatant hackers. You don't need much evidence for that - Cmune should be looking at there records.

well you know when its a hacker cuz 90% of them kill everyone at once, the rest are hard to spot and may just be good at the game but get called hackers because people are paranoid or pissed that they suck.

its not going to stop, they wont, and havent done anything about it. Live with it or move on to another game. The same hacks have been around for a very long time with no action by uberstrike.. sorry to break it to you

DO NOT report people in public!
Its not going to help any way and its not allowed, use common sense..
If you would mind, you can report the cheaters to moderators through a report form (google document) found on the forum..

i agree with you dude, ive already fought with some of them. one of them is a noob in hacking, he hacked RAPID FIRE for all of his weapons, yet he didn't won against me. LOL! :D i just forgot his name, im pretty sure he's banned now :D

seriously this list are of little but really none of these players will be punished because they are players of the Steam platform and have not come from the ancient community of uberstrike in CMUNE. the best way to punish them is that each report it when you see a hacker so I will be punished for a few days without being able to play. thank you for giving their names. but it would be best to make them see reason the gameplay of other players not affected thanks.
