There are other issues like that but many are related to cultural differences between Japanese culture and American culture.
Last thing I found disappointing was the graphics. They would be fine if this was mid 1990's but it's 30 years later and the graphics are lame.
All that being said, I have played it two or three times already and will probably play it a couple of more times just to see what the different outcomes are. I keep wondering what happens if Akira is able to limit her climaxes to less than 100. Do we see her transformed back into a guy? Or what, if anything, might happen if she goes to the bathhouse enough times? Or the various outside locations? There is a line of stars under the location name. As each location is visited, one of the stars light up. If Akira visits a site more times that there are stars for it does that do anything? Can she go to one of those sites more times than there are stars for it?
Another thing I think is missing is an indicator for when Akira exceeds her 100 climaxes in 30 days limit. When she awakens on the 31st day still in female form something should happen, even if it's just an "AUGH!! I still a woman! I didn't change back!" outcry. Or she could awaken in her female form and say "Oh, [protagonist's name] I'm a woman! Isn't it great!?"
