Upgrade Skin swap issue
I am not sure it is only me but when I played German, I upgrade Vandals but icon is right but its skin looks like Landsknecht(without hat decoration). Also, I upgrade Landsknecht, its icon is right but skin looks like Vandal(with hat decoration). Maybe swap their skin. How to fix it?

It's like that in vanilla RoN, T&P, and EE, but you may be right about it being a bug that was never fixed. It's hard to know for sure.

if you want, you can edit this file in your Rise of Nations folder:
Rise of Nations/Data/unit_graphics.xml

Search for "BARBARIANVANDALS". tex_col will be 2. Change it to 3.

Search for "BARBARIANLAND". tex_col will be 3. Change it to 2.

That should swap the unit icons.
