Getting invaded by the same tech in loop

Hi , im encountering an issue where i get attacked my the exect same tech everytime i get invaded, is this a bug ? and if it is is there a fix available ?

The invader is based on your tech some how, it's size or value or maybe a both.

So there are certain points that if your tech isn't really changing, the enemy invader tends to be the same too.

Honestly I think if they just widened the variety of the invaders a bit, it would fix this issue.

No no you don't understand , i do mean the "same" tech like as in the exact same model everytime , and my tech is waaay more costfull than the invading tech right now, wich is why i think it may be a bug
