So, i tried to do the RR mission where you have to buy the buggy. well, i didn't have 100k BB to buy it, so i did as I did with HUBL's missions and when back to my base and started selling things and doing other missions, which worked just fine every time. i'd leave, grind, return, and HUBL would be there to eagerly take my money.

Well, i went back to Atom's arena later, BB in hand and...Atom wasn't there. the way-point was in the right spot, the arena was there but Atom and the buggy terminal weren't there. I thought oh, I'll just cancel and reset the missi...NOPE, its a "story" mission and you can't. Is there a way to force him to respawn or something. I want to complete his mission, but if he doesn't spawn, i cant buy the buggy and if I can't buy the buggy, i can't do the mission.

any suggestions?
