Elites not gaining exp in campagin

After campaign mission exp rewards, my elites experience is not saved and they do not progress towards new levels. This makes progression towards doctrines impossible.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Finish any campaign mission
2. Watch the experience be assigned
3. Verify that your elites experience is at the exact same amount as before

same for me not gaining any elite experience playing campaign at mission 7 all elites sitting at 0 xp, after match it says i get xp but it is not saved

Don't believe they are. I've finished campaign on hard and uninstalled, shame for the game, so much promise and potential.

Four and a half years later, I am still having this issue. I am not getting any elite experience from the campaign levels. I am almost done with the campaign at this point, and all my Elites are still at Level 1 with zero exp.
