Are the bugs fixed?
I bought this game a while ago, I think last year, from Matrixgames. The game was full of bugs, even the tutorial couldn't be finished. I see that the game appeared on Steam, with a release date of 2014. Is this seriously a new release/overhaul? Or is it a fixed version? If so, what's the patch version? (I gave up with this game after 1.08, so I don't know what happened afterwards).

The current version of the game is 1.10, with a lot of stability, gameplay and graphic improvements.

No. I bought it. Installed. Tooltips are out of window. Eventually the game fills everything with some silly clouds and I can't see anything. Eventually I ended up in a naval battle, after 1 turn the buttons lost captions and I couldn't click anything so had to kill the process. This is not a finished product, it's a joke!

I am thinking of buying this title and just wanted to know if it is optimized well in its current version, and scrolls smoothly etc. I have a high end gaming system.

Good to hear that the game is being patched still. Thanks to the developers that you didn't abandon your game over 2 years after release. Adding to my next month's shopping list (That's of course if Russia doesn't invade us)

The third Tutorial can't be completed. You're supposed to buy an Armored Corps, but then the Tutorial makes you select an Armored Army that you can't buy because you lack the funds.

If a developer can't find that obvious bugs, I don't even want to know what the rest of the game is like.

It is and they should deliver you the STEAM key.
