Go to install folder: ......StrategicWarInEurope\data\scenarios

There is a folder for each scenario.

Find the

Info.ini file.

There will be parameters for end date.

Im not 100% sure as I dont mod this game. But I would start there.

I suggest you check their catalogue. They have other games already out. Some older. Some newer. But I dont follow this developer that much. Sorry.
